Drawing from user-centered design (Don Norman), design as discourse and meaning-making (Klaus Krippendorff), and interfaces as narrative spaces (Brenda Laurel), we treat each project as a communication system. The result is a seamless connection between product value and human context—delivering work that doesn’t just function or impress, but truly resonates.
Precision Motion Capture
We use high-fidelity facial and full-body motion capture to drive realistic, emotionally accurate animation. Our pipeline includes markerless facial tracking with blendshape extraction mapped to ARKit-compatible rigs, and full-body capture with advanced retargeting tailored to custom skeletons and game engines.
We also develop in-house tools to elevate our capabilities. FacePipe is our open-source facial capture system, built for flexibility and real-time pipelines. Lancelot is our proprietary tool for cleaning and retargeting body motion with precision. These systems let us iterate rapidly, maintain creative control, and deliver consistent, technically robust animation across all formats.
